Why do I need to PRE-REGISTER for the Bridal Expo?

Register for the Bridal Expo for many reasons listed below and to make checking in at the door so much easier for you.

  • Discounted ticket price of $10 each person, ($12 each at the door on Saturday)
  • Reserved Bridal Swag Bag
  • Bride’s name will be entered into a special drawing
  • Bride will receive a FREE Symbolize It Gift Card.
  • Special prize drawing for the groom fiance’ that has pre-registered on-line.
  • The Bride with the most pre-registered on-line guests in attendance at the 3pm Prize Presentation will win a prize!

What is a Bridal Swag Bag?

If you have pre-registered, we make sure we set aside a special bag with small promotional prizes or information from the exhibitors. Not all the exhibitors offer a promotional item for the bag but many do. Our staff also places a bottle of water for you in the bag. If we don’t know how many Brides are coming to the event we may run out of the bags. When you register, we make sure to save one back for you.

What is the Free Symolize It Gift Card?

The gift card allows you to order a custom print or personalized gift from the Gift Card Section valued up to $200 by paying the $25 shipping & handling fee

What kind of prize might the pre-registred Bride with the most pre-registered guests win?

In the past we have offered a Limo package but that prize will not be determined until close the time of the expo and we may not announce it until the Grand Prize Presentation. Whatever the prize is it will be fabulous for the bride.

What can I expect when I attend the Bridal Expo?

All of our Brides to Be will enjoy cake & food samples from the caterers. They can enjoy the photo booths, and be eligible to win prizes offered throughout the day from the nearly 100 exhibitors present. They are eligible to participate in a bridal bouquet toss, and the scavenger hunt to try to win even more prizes.

What is the Cake Dig?

In February of 2019 we held our very first Cake Dig. Three bakeries…Kool Kales by Dylan, Calavera Cakery, and Adalante Catering made 3 tiered cakes with a ring buried somewhere inside the cakes. Pre-Registered Brides in attendance had a chance for their name to be pulled for the opportunity to smash the cake and look for the ring. We only chose 3 pre-registered Bride to be, one of each cake. They raced to find the ring and then chose one of the great prizes offered. We plan to do this fun Cake Dig again.

What special prize could be awarded to the Groom Fiance’ who has pre-registered on-line?

We will choose a prize that one of our exhibitors has offered that the groom that we choose from the names in the drawing will enjoy. In the past we have offered a $100 bill or a tux or a hotel suite. We will not know what that prize will be until the days before the Bridal Expo.

Can I purchase a ticket or tickets at the door on the day of the expo?

YES! You can purchase tickets or extra tickets at the door but you do miss out on some of the above-mentioned perks and the price does go up to $12 for each person rather than $10.

Who should I bring to the Bridal Expo?

What do you mean by Grand Prize?

Any prize offered by the exhibitors that has a value of $1,000 or more.

Do I have to be present to win the prizes?

Yes, you must be there or have a representative, like your Mom there to be presented on stage. We do take pictures of the winners to post on Facebook so make sure they are prepared for that as well.
